Childrens Hospital is a medical comedy that aired on Adult Swim.
The series parodies medical dramas such as Grey's Anatomy, ER and Body of Proof and originated as a web-series of ten 5-minute episodes on TheWB.com. Each episodes of the first season - as aired on Adult Swim - consists of two of these webisodes, completed with some new filmed material. Starting with season season 2, the series is being produced as 15 minute episodes, directly for Adult Swim.
As of 2019, the series has spawned three spin-offs: NTSF:SD:SUV, parodying police procedurals, and Newsreaders, parodying news magazines, and Medical Police.
