TNA Impact! is the flagship television program of Total Non-Stop Action (TNA) Wrestling (formerly Impact Wrestling from March 2017 until January 2024, and briefly Global Force Wrestling between June and September 2017), jointly headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee and Toronto, Ontario, which previously held the majority of its events at Universal Studios Florida theme park in Orlando, Florida. TNA tends to have a different booking style than World Wrestling Entertainment, as it tries to promote in-ring action over soap opera story lines whenever possible.
Although TNA ceased being officially affiliated with the National Wrestling Alliance (a group of allied promotions in existence since 1948) in 2004, it continued to use the NWA World Heavyweight and World Tag Team Championships as their main titles through a licensing agreement with the NWA until the NWA withdrew recognition of the promotion's titleholders as NWA World Champions on May 13, 2007, from which point it began recognizing its own champions. The TNA X-Division Title, until 2007 the lone "in-house" title, is usually (but not exclusively) reserved for cruiserweight wrestlers. Following its merger with the original Global Force Wrestling (which had also been founded by TNA/Impact founder Jeff Jarrett), GFW championships began to be defended on Impact Wrestling, with its three top championships (GFW Global, GFW Tag Team and GFW Women's) eventually unified with their Impact championship counterparts while two other Impact championships (Impact Grand and Impact X-Division) were rebranded as GFW titles. The championships were rebranded back to Impact championships in September 2017 when Jarrett (who still owns the GFW name and trademarks) announced he was taking a leave of absence, and Impact announced on October 23, 2017 that it had terminated its association with Jarrett, thereby also ending the promotion's attempted rebranding to GFW. In January 2024, Impact returned to its previous name of TNA.

Fun Facts
- TNA began its life as a "pay-per-view" promotion under the name NWA Total Nonstop Action - a live, two hour program was shown on PPV - in lieu of the traditional "television/monthly PPV" structure. TNA adopted the traditional programming structure in November 2004, over two years after the promotion debuted.
- According to the book "The Development of NWA-TNA" by Jerry Jarrett, "TNA" originally stood for "Tuesday Night Attitude," which was the night the weekly pay-per-views were supposed to air. The PPVs were instead shown on Wednesdays nights.
- Impact Wrestling's appearance on Pop is the fourth network for the show since its debut in June 2004. It was previously on Fox Sports Net from June 2004 to June 2005. It made its Spike TV debut in October 2005 and aired there until December 2014. After that, it aired on Destination America from January to December 2015.
- In the summer of 2004, footage of Jeff Jarrett attacking wrestling legend Hulk Hogan was filmed in Japan. This angle was meant to set up "Bound For Glory," a three-hour PPV that was to air with the weekly shows. The show was postponed after negotiations with Hogan (and later, his arch-rival Randy Savage) fell through. The Hogan footage, which is now referred to "The night Jarrett took TNA to Hogan," was shown on TNA broadcasts for months afterward.
