Plot Overview
While Jeff and Stu are away on assignments, Kookie gets himself into a mess after he picks up a hitchhiker who happens to be a bit of a scam artist...but the man gets in a mess of trouble, including a murder frame that Kookie sticks out his neck to clear him of.
