Plot Overview

Kookie tries to unravel the mystery surrounding a cute girl who stowed away in a car he parked. Is she a possible murder witness? Is she the runaway granddaughter of a millionaire? Whatever the case, thugs are after her, and Kookie runs himself ragged trying to hide her out.

Notes

It's a big plug for yet another Warner Bros. series airing on ABC...Carrie tells Kookie about the movie magazine she's reading, which says that Will Hutchins is single. When Kookie tells her he doesn't know who Hutchins is, she responds, "He's Sugarfoot, Silly...Tuesday nights at 9!" At the end of the episode, Carrie, now an aspiring actress, shows up at the restaurant with Hutchins, who looks at Kookie and says, "Man, I wish I had his comb!"
