Plot Overview
Kookie claims to have witnessed a kidnapping, but the police blow him off. Jeff is eventually hired by the kidnap victim, a lawyer who's the son of a reformed mobster. He wants the detective to find the kidnappers, old colleagues of his father, before his father can exact revenge.
