Bates Motel — Season One

Trust Me is the fourth episode of the first season of Bates Motel.

Plot Overview

As Shelby tries to bond with Norman, Norma doesn't believe his claim that the deputy has a girl locked in his basement. Romero presses further on Norma when Summers's hand is found, and Norman grows closer to Bradley following the death of her father.

• Bradley's father dies.

• When Norma looks in Shelby's basement, Jiao is no longer there.

• Keith Summers's hand is found. Sheriff Romero has the carpet fibres found under his watch to those Norma was pulling up earlier in the week. This leads to Romero arresting Norma for his murder.

• Dylan's smug look after catching Norma coming out of one of the rooms instantly fades when Deputy Shelby follows, the two coming face-to-face again after the night before.

• Norma races downstairs to the front door, expecting to find Norman, only to be faced with Sheriff Romero who arrests her for Keith Summers's murder.
