Plot Overview
Dr. Green, who has graduated from interning to neurosurgery, tests Casey's patience. On the one hand, he's a brilliant surgeon...on the other, he's a perpetual clown who seems more interested in getting laughs than getting the job done. Ben wonders if Dr. Green has the temperament necessary for the job, especially after he can't seem to tell two seriously ill patients that they're not going to make it.
