Biography
Born Benjamin Leslie McCain June 25, 1955 in Muleshoe, Texas. In 1976, his first job was sweeping and mopping the floors at KVII-TV in Amarillo, Texas. He and brother Butch McCain are graduates of West Texas State University (now West Texas A&M University) in Canyon, Texas.
