The Show
- This episode was originally filmed in 1968 and was to have aired during Season Ten, but it was held back until Season Twelve due to violent content in the episode. David Canary, who was part of the Bonanza cast at the time of filming of this episode but had since left the show at the end of Season Eleven (though he would later return for the final season following the death of Dan Blocker in 1972), was billed as a special guest star in his appearance in this episode
