Plot Overview
Ponch's nemesis Andy Macedon is released from prison, only to find out that his former minions no longer want him around and that they are at war with a Hispanic gang of mural painters. Macedon wants a karate rematch with Ponch as part of his plan to create peace in the streets. Ponch agrees to go along with the rematch, even though he is unsure whether Andy is a changed man like he says he is.
