Plot Overview
The "Freeway Thrower" victimizes cars on the freeway, throwing dirt and rocks and causing several near-accidents, leading Jon and Ponch to perform a stakeout to find him. A nervous driver with a team of nude volleyball players in his van is cited for a couple of traffic violations. A truck driver's rig catches fire, and he happens to be hauling dynamite, so Jon has to perform a delicate rescue. Getraer orders the men to lose a collective 1,000 pounds, which causes anxiety in the perpetually overweight Grossman.
