Plot Overview
Jon and Ponch pursue a gang of crooks who are stealing heavy equipment from construction sites and selling the stolen machines on the black market. Harlan enters the CHP's dragster in a race, but rival drivers in need of parts for their car break into an auto shop and steal what they need, not realizing that the parts belong to the CHP's car.
