Plot Overview
A reckless go-cart racer causes havoc on city streets and causes a serious auto accident, and Jon and Ponch are surprised to discover that the mystery racer is none other than one of their top racers for their go-cart club. While they prepare for their club's big race against the fire department's club, they must also pursue a pair of thieves who target appliance stores that are holding huge sales.
