Plot Overview
A young drag racer busted by Ponch turns out to be the younger brother of an old friend of his, who was accidentally killed in a race with Ponch. The officer wants nothing more than to see that the kid gives up hill racing, but all he wants is to challenge Ponch in a race, believing that he killed his brother. Ponch and Bobby also search for two newlyweds on their honeymoon, who come up with a novel way of stealing a car. Also, Grossman brings a lovable stray dog to the precinct and Harlan hides the animal in the garage...not realizing that Getraer has an allergy to dogs.
