Plot Overview
After Bonnie is kidnapped by a motorcycle gang and an outrageous ransom demand is made, Getraer orders all the officers to work around the clock to find her. Also, Betty, Getraer's wife, is pregnant, and the officers take bets on whether the baby will be a boy or girl.

As stated previously, Gwynne Gilford is the real-life wife of Robert Pine, in addition to playing his TV wife. She was pregnant in real life as well...she gave birth a few months later to a son, Chris Pine, who went on to become a familiar movie actor.
