Plot Overview
A pleasant day of scuba diving for Jon and Ponch soon turns into business as usual when they discover a gang of drug smugglers near the beach. Their efforts to help in the investigation are belittled by a seen-it-all narcotics cop. With the help of a couple of cute kelp growers and their boat, they manage to find the sunken boat and the drugs, but face added danger from a school of killer sharks nearby.
