Plot Overview

A traveling circus comes to town and is taking up residence aboard the permanently moored Queen Mary. One of the acts in the circus is a Hungarian motorcycle stunt rider who is performing a special stunt to benefit the CHP's Widows and Orphans fund, and Jon and Ponch are assigned to 'baby-sit' him...which turns out to be a difficult task when the young man discovers that his homeland girlfriend is working for the CHP, and he breaks nearly every law in the book to get back together with her. There are also a trio of bandits hiding out aboard the ship.
