Plot Overview
A group of college fraternity brothers set out to humiliate Jon and Ponch after the officers arrest them for marijuana possession and they are kicked off campus as a result. Jon and Ponch are assigned to head the precinct's Open House committee, and the frat brats, after trying to pull off a couple of dangerous stunts on the road to get at the officers, plot to destroy the Open House with a batch of marijuana brownies.
