Plot Overview
The precinct welcomes a new Watch Commander, a Lieutenant whose demands for strict adherence to the book drives everyone crazy. On the road, the officers look for a pair of truck thieves. Ponch, who's working the front desk as part of limited duty, manages to get Jon to take up skydiving.
