Card Sharks (2001) is the third version of the Card Sharks game show that started in 1978 on NBC.
As before, two contestants predicted the outcome of a national survey. The winner of the question played a line of seven cards, predicting whether the ensuing card was higher or lower than the previous up card. This time, if the player predicts wrong, the opponent can play off the remaining cards. Contestants could also score "clip chips" from predicting the outcome of a video, which allowed them to replace any cards during a run.
The winner of two games wins $1,100 and is now spotted $700 on the Money Cards round. The defeated player is awarded a trip to Hawaii.
A more recent edition of Card Sharks premiered on ABC prime time on June 12, 2019.
