All subcategories should be at the first page. Information "There are 8 subcategories to this category". is plain wrong and confusing.

Maybe it can be done like two first subcategories in Category:Film actors? Listing subcategories on the first page is rather important for usability. --Cirocco 17:36, 31 January 2006 (EST)
