Plot Overview

  • Case A: A man who was severely mentally retared was given an experimental neural implant that allowed him to function in society. When the implant is to be removed because of potentially fatal side effects, he fights for his right to keep his mind, even if it might kill him
  • Case B: A young woman is sued by her one-night-stand for inflicting emotional distress, because she has a penis. No transsexuality is involved, it is a purely decorative attachment.

Notes

  • Not As Farfetched: In some species of mammals, e.g. spotted hyenas and squirrel monkeys, the females have pseudo-penises for purposes such as dominance display.
