Help Wanted is the twentieth episode of the fourth season of Chico and the Man, and the eighty-fifth episode overall.
The episode centers on Monica getting a waitressing job at a nightclub owned by a mob boss and Ed – concerned for her safety – persuading her to quit. But things become complicated when, after calling the manager to tell her she's not taking the job after all, the owner and his associates threaten to brutally beat up Ed and Louie.
