Trivia

The Show

  • Full Title: Dante and Randal and Jay and Silent Bob and A Bunch Of New Characters and Lando Take Part In A Whole Bunch Of Movie Parodies Including, But Not Exclusive To, The Bad News Bears, The Last Starfighter, Indiana Jones and The Temple Of Doom, Plus A High School Reunion
  • Disclaimer End: "I can't believe I went to law school for this."

Behind the Scenes

  • Ugly Lesbians: The lesbians in this episode were designed to be very masculine, something which the network took issue with. They demanded that the lesbians be redesigned to look more attractive and later demanded that producers use their reshoot money to make Ugly Janet look more attractive. Animation director Chris Bailey argued that Ugly Janet was heterosexual and didn't fall under the scope of the request. Incidentally, the lesbians in this episode were all played by men.
  • Cut Scene: Originally, Leonardo Leonardo had a bit where he comes into the reunion, approaches a group of people and awkwardly greets them. They accuse him of forgetting their names and he tries to play it off with nicknames like one-eye, tall guy and "Ugly Janet". Ugly Janet is the woman at the podium with facial hair.
  • Cut Scene: There was originally a sequence where Dante, upon realizing that Jay could technically join his Little League team, went through a montage of drawing up plans on how to get Jay using math and dioramas.
  • Shortened Sequence: During Randal's escape, there was a longer part of the sequence where everything would suddenly turn into Donkey Kong, where Randal would have to jump over barrels while climbing to the top of the board.
