Plot Overview
A high school basketball player admits to fatally shooting one of his teammates, but insists it was an accident. A witness comes forward, insisting that the shooting was anything but accidental, but Annabeth and Maureen wonder how credible his testimony will be once they learn he's suffering from auditory dyslexia. The defendant then claims that the victim suffered from 'steroid rage' and went after him, followed by the defendant's father trying to take blame for the crime, before a shocking revelation about the relationship between the two boys comes to light and provides a motive for the crime.
