Plot Overview
The date is January 22, 1980. A seven-year-old boy is found frozen to death in an alley, shortly after being punched unconscious. Lt. Stillman was the lead detective on the case back then, a case that still haunts him, so Lilly agrees to take another look at the case. She encounters the boy's less-than-emotionally stable mother, who's ridden with guilt because she prayed for God to take away her burdens the day her son died and also searches for an elusive gang member who was the prime suspect in the case back then. The gang banger and his buddies forced the kid to steal model glue for them.
