Plot Overview
A charming Irish Republican Army mercenary, who poses as an entertainer and member of the "American Friends for Northern Ireland", murders an illicit arms dealer in an executioner spirit. Columbo makes the rounds in local pubs to snag the villainous whiskey-and-limericks lush.
