Plot Overview
Yahya "Johnny" Rahimi escapes from the Iranian trade delegation in Toronto and makes contact with the CIA in an attempt to defect. Annie happens to be on vacation with her sister in Niagra Falls and she is activated to evaluate the value of Rahimi's intelligence.
