Notes

Trivia

The Show

  • The Golden Dragons taunt Mr. Boatner with a voodoo doll, which is heavily featured in the ending of the original Creepshow.
  • The ashtray from "Father's Day" can be seen on a table next to Mrs. Hathaway.
  • Eddie and his friends are seen drinking Harrow's Supreme, the same brand of beer from Gray Matter.

Behind the Scenes

Allusions and References

  • In the cold opening, the television behind the Creep is playing Night of the Living Dead. It is likely used because it was made by George A. Romero who directed the first Creepshow film and died in 2017. Romero himself, in silhouette form, makes a brief appearance as the Golden Dragons drag Eddie away.
  • Binky sarcastically answers that he's Michael Myers, antagonist of the Halloween franchise, when Mrs. Collins' tries to identify him.
  • The Golden Dragons' flashback shows them playing Dungeons & Dragons together in their treehouse.
  • The treehouse itself contains a Leatherface mask from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and a Mockingbird Lane street sign from The Munsters.
