Plot Overview

Public Defender Abrams goes to work on behalf of a poor Black man accused of assaulting his slumlord landlord and winds up finding an ally in a beautiful Black newspaper reporter. Torello and his men seek to obtain a warrant to wiretap Luca and Bartoli. Mike makes a suggestion to Julie to attempt to save their troubled marriage--a weekend getaway.
