Plot Overview
Luca becomes the 'legitimate' manager of the Vegas hotel and casino, the Lucky Star. Torello and his men, along with Abrams and his assistant, set up shop in a motel bought for them by the Government. Torello makes his presence known to Luca, and the wise-guy hood naturally informs him that a Chicago badge has no jurisdiction in Nevada. Mike then shows his Federal Marshal's badge, and after he leaves, Luca orders Goldman and Kordo to find out how he got a Federal badge. Torello reaches out to a small diner owner who's being shaken down by Luca's men, and after the man is killed, he, with the help of Krychek and Grossman, poses as a businessman in need of money to open a strip joint to nail the goons who killed the diner owner.
