Plot Overview
Dominic plans to announce his run for Mayor, but must outsmart interim Joyce Simkins who strongly opposes his red light proposal.
A fire started at Kosmo's house may be tied to a man found immolated in his car.
Mick rushes to catch his lead suspect before he slips past the border.
Sue suffers an overdose in prison.

Happenings
- Someone starts a fire at Kosmo's. A body is later found burned in a car, the rags in the trunk matches those used on Kosmo's house. He is later identified as Trent Murphy.
- Mick confronts Simms that he lied about not knowing about Will's death and that he's using Vin to infiltrate his distribution network stateside. Simms then contacts Vin and tells him that he need to leave for Seattle. Mick catches Vin before he makes it, but get word from Jacobs that he has to let him go because he's valuable to the DEA. Mick sneaks him out and the Crown brings homicide charges against him.
- Sue has an overdose. She's taken to the hospital and later escapes.
- Sanjay confronts Dominic about sandbagging him. He agrees to back Dominic's red light district on the condition that he lays off Russ during his campaign.
- One of the robbers responsible for the bank robbery gets into an accident fleeing the scene of another robbery and is killed. It's found to be Dino.
