Plot Overview
A young lifeguard, the nephew of Mark's rival, IRS Agent McCord, faces a possible murder charge after a girl drowns while he is out cold due to possible drug use. The investigation leads to two other murders, one of a seafood restaurant owner, the other of a lifeguard trainee.
