Basic Information
The Thirteenth Doctor sets a precedent in being the first female incarnation. As is the norm, she has an unorthodox sense of costume but it is widely accepted worldwide among female cosplayers.
Character History
Not much has been developed in regards to the Thirteenth Doctor's history apart that right after the regeneration in "Twice Upon A Time," the temperamental TARDIS unceremoniously ejects her. The after-effects of her regeneration causes a temporary memory loss. It has been disclosed that the Thirteenth Doctor will regenerate back into the Tenth Doctor (David Tennant) for three special shows to be seen in 2023. At that point, the Doctor will regenerate into his fourteenth self.
