Season Three of Drawn Together premiered on October 5, 2006. It took an extended break in the middle of its season and returned on October 4, 2007.
On March 21, 2007, a representative from Rough Draft Studios posted on the Drawn Together message board that the creators and writers for the series have been released from their contracts by Comedy Central and the third season would be the last for the series. However, Comedy Central decided not to decide and is waiting for DVD sales and ratings to decide for sure.
