Plot Overview
Duckman tries for once to do the best thing as a father and come to his twins' birthday dinner. However, the absurdities he encounters over the course of the day just to get his suit dry cleaned causes Duckman to snap. He is taken to a mental hospital where he is evaluated and is soon committed.
