Plot Overview
While working for 30 hours, Neela has a strange daydream during work and is surprised when her medical student, Harold tells her that he will not pursuing a residency in surgery and has to make a decision about her patient with a torn aorta; she also ends up in a conflict with Gates after Sarah's grandfather is rushed to the ER after suffering from heart attack symptoms; Pratt suspects that a man is being physically abused by his son; he also wonders why Bettina has been avoiding him lately and uses his management skills to smooth over a conflict between Morris & Frank.
