Plot Overview

On Halloween night, medical student Paul Nathan begins his surgical rotation at County and it is revealed that he is suffering from Parkinson's disease; the ER is filled with patients after a fire occurs at an apartment building; Chuny files a grievance against Kovac and Abby learns that Kovac slept with Chuny; Kovac treats a newborn baby who is diagnosed with a serious medical condition; when Romano's rehab starts lagging behind his expectations, he doubts if he'll ever be able to return to surgery.
