Plot Overview
The new Chief of the ER, Dr. Catherine Banfield begins her first day at County along with a group of new interns; Gates and the new interns work together to save the life of a bio-terrorist who comes into the hospital with a bag of Ricin; meanwhile, Neela fights to get Dr. Dubenko back on the surgical staff and gets help from an unexpected source.
