Plot Overview

On Carter's first full day as an intern, he saves a patient from cardiac arrest and gets seduced by a female patient; the ER treats the victims of a car accident caused by a drunk driver and a German tour group & a wedding party who got food poisoning from the same German restaurant; Greene deals with an elderly man who wants to keep his wife on life support despite the fact that she has a DNR order and after his wife Jennifer passes the bar, the two of them get caught having sex in the bathroom of the ER; Ross visits Nurse Hathaway, who's recovering from her suicide attempt.
