Plot Overview

When Luka helps out a woman with a dead car battery, she ends up the victim of a hit and run accident; Abby learns that she passed her boards while Neela decides to withdraw from her residency program at the University of Michigan; When Sam learns that Steve will be staying in Chicago, she decides to leave town with Alex despite Luka trying to stop her from doing so; Pratt becomes concerned when Chen shows up to work with a black eye; towards the end of the episode, Pratt drives his patient, Elgin home from the hospital before going out to dinner with Chen and the three of them end up getting shot by a disgruntled driver.
