Plot Overview
A psychotic patient goes on a rampage after stealing an Army tank, planning to go after Morris; Luka treats a 13-year-old boy with chlamydia; Frank suffers from a heart attack at work and Pratt & Neela learn things about him they never knew before; Sam gets jealous when Luka's friend, Gillian visits him and helps out a young woman whose brain-damaged father is sick.
