Plot Overview

On Thanksgiving Day, Carol goes into labor while on the El train and Luka helps her get to the hospital; after delivering her first twin daughter, Tess in the ER, she ends up undergoing a C-section to deliver her second twin daughter, Kate, but suffers from complications during the procedure; as Carol's Lamaze coach, Mark leaves Thanksgiving dinner with Corday, his father, David and daughter Rachel to help Carol out, leaving Corday alone to deal with David & Rachel, who gets her first menstrual period; Malucci impresses Carter when he diagnoses a patient with a rare disease and that learns that Malucci attended medical school in Grenada.
