Plot Overview
After a teenager dies from a hit and run incident, Carter is given the task of notifying the parents, but accidentally gets the patient's name wrong; Ross tries to reconcile with Carol and deals with a mother & her young son after it's discovered that the mother is diagnosed as schizophrenic; a married man comes into the ER after suffering from a heart attack while handcuffed to his mistress; Benton disappoints his brother-in-law after he is too busy to visit their mother.
