Plot Overview
The ER fills with injured people after a truck crashes into a coffee shop which nearly injures Carol; Dr. Luka Kovac joins the ER staff as a moonlighting doctor; new ER/pediatric resident Dr. Cleo Finch begins her first day at County General as well; Mark and Weaver plan a strategy when they hear rumors that Romano might be the hospital's new Chief of Staff; Carter treats a woman who turns out to be his cousin's ex-wife, Elaine.
