Plot Overview

It's Halloween night at County General; when Lucy is left in charge of a med school Halloween party, things go wrong when two of the med students suffer from an overdose of liquid ecstasy; Doug has his hands full with the pediatric ER filled with patients; Dr. Dan Litvak visits County General where he is revealed to be a candidate for the chief of the ER much to Weaver's chagrin; Mark and Carol treat a schizophrenic woman who claims that she's pregnant; Corday & Benton operate on an 11-year-old girl injured in a car accident and discover something surprising during her surgery; Mark learns from Rachel that she will be moving to St. Louis with her mother.
