Plot Overview

Pratt juggles supervising the interns & residents during a hectic shift, and finds himself clashing with Gates; Abby attends a "Mommy and Me" class and meets a group of nannies which changes her outlook on raising children; Neela mentors a new surgical med student and is assigned demeaning tasks by Dr. Crenshaw.
