Plot Overview
A wealthy young woman, Dorlee Benjamin (Diana Van Der Vlis) is sentenced to community service with Community Welfare Services for an unpaid parking ticket violation, and Neil Brock must find her something to do. The 'something' is in the form of makeup, grooming and deportment tips for the teen-aged and twentysomething clients of CWS! After her service is completed, she commits another crime in order to work with CWS...again.
