Ebert Presents At the Movies is a movie review show that aired on PBS.
It is the fourth movie review show from Roger Ebert after Sneak Previews, At the Movies with Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert and the the long running syndicated series At the Movies. The first two series were also aired on PBS and produced by WTTW Chicago. Ebert was forced to leave At the Movies after developing throat cancer (taking his trademarked Two Thumbs Up or Down rating system with him) and after a few Ebert less seasons and some failed retoolings the series was cancelled by Disney-ABC television after the 2009-2010 season. Shortly after the final episode of that series aired Ebert announced on his blog in September 2010 that the show would be revived on PBS starting in January 2011 as Roger Ebert Presents At the Movies. The show, hosteded by film critics Christy Lemire and Ignatiy Vishnevetsky, brought back Ebert's trademarked "Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down" ratings system. It also features occasional segments called "Roger's Office" starring Ebert himself (using a computer generated voice).
