Fluppy Dogs is a 1986 TV special, and the pilot for the intended third TV series produced by Walt Disney Television Animation, following Wuzzles and Adventures of the Gummi Bears , but the production never went beyond the pilot.

Plot Overview

The program introduced five adventurous, colorful "fluppies", creatures who becomes trapped on Earth during a interdimensional travel. Due to their canine appearances, they are mistaken as regular earth dogs, and end up as the pets of human boy Jamie Bingham and his mother. While escaping the Bingham house, they are spotted by ruthless animal collector Wagstaff and his henchman Mr. Hamish, and are evenually forced to ask for hel from Jamie and his neighbor Claire.

Each of the five fluppies have their of distingct color and character treats: there is Stanley the "loyal" blue fluppy and the leader of the group, Ozzie the "cool" green fluppy, Tippi the "lovely" pink fluppy, Bink the "shy" yellow fluppy, and Dink the "playful" red fluppy.
